DuePair Terms of Use

Last updated: July 18, 2026

By using DuePair, you agree to these terms.

What DuePair Does

DuePair helps you track preorder deposits, balance payments, delivery dates, reminders, widgets, and Live Activities.

DuePair is an organization and reminder tool. It does not process payments, ship goods, provide marketplace services, or mediate disputes between you and sellers or platforms.

DuePair Pro

DuePair Pro is unlocked through a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase on the App Store. It is not a subscription.

Pro removes the 6-item active tracking cap and unlocks advanced reminders, periodic briefs, widgets, Live Activities / Dynamic Island, and status color themes. Purchases can be restored with the same Apple ID, subject to Apple's App Store rules.

Notifications and Time-Sensitive Features

Local notifications, widgets, and Live Activities depend on iOS settings, Focus modes, battery state, network conditions, and Apple platform limits. DuePair does not guarantee alarm-style delivery.

After a key time is reached while DuePair is in the background, an active Live Activity may remain at “Time reached” until you open DuePair again; it then updates to the nearest upcoming key time.

User Content

You are responsible for the information, photos, links, notes, order numbers, and tracking numbers that you enter, import, or share into DuePair.

Do not use DuePair to store illegal, infringing, or harmful content.

Apple Terms

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. If no custom EULA is configured in App Store Connect, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies:
