DuePair Privacy Policy

DuePair is a local-first tracking app for preorder deposits, balance payments, delivery dates, reminders, widgets, and Live Activities.

Data We Store

DuePair may store the information you enter or import, including item names, sellers, platforms, prices, notes, links, order or tracking numbers, photos you choose, drafts, reminder times, and app preferences.

This data is stored on your device. If you enable iCloud for the app and your Apple ID, your data may sync through your private iCloud database.

Text Recognition and Photos

Text recognition runs on your device. Recognized item, amount, and stage information is presented as suggestions for you to review before applying. Screenshots, photos, and recognized text are not uploaded to a developer-operated server.

When you enable screenshot suggestions and grant Photos access, DuePair checks up to 8 screenshots from the previous 72 hours on your device when the app launches or returns to the foreground. It does not scan ordinary photos, and you still choose whether to import a suggestion.

For other photo and share imports, DuePair receives only the items you explicitly choose through the system picker or share sheet.

Accounts, Ads, and Tracking

Notifications, Widgets, and Live Activities

DuePair uses local notifications, widgets, and Live Activities to show reminder and tracking information on your device. Delivery depends on iOS settings, Focus modes, battery state, network conditions, and Apple platform behavior.

Purchases

DuePair Pro is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase handled by Apple's App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details.

External Services

DuePair does not use a self-owned backend server for your tracking data. Core functionality uses Apple platform services such as iCloud, StoreKit, local notifications, WidgetKit, ActivityKit, and on-device text recognition.
